windows phone 8.1 dev preview recieve new "critical update" (8.10.14192.280)

i've been using windows phone for almost a year as my primary phone and i also registered as Dev Preview to get the latest update.

my trusty lumia 925 has serve me well and with developer preview registered i'm able to use any new feature released from Microsoft prior general release.

today a notification arrive saying there is a critical update for my phone and this time its different.
normally the notification give me option to download or ignore the updates but this "critical update" show a different set of option

the installation was smooth and completed within 5 minutes

once done, i browse the internet looking for any available changelog and i found one article from winbeta

seems like microsoft is only testing windows update functionality for critical update and the update itself is just a test.
