Nokia "up to something" - Blackbox detail unveiled today

Nokia, the once biggest phone maker in the world is now moving to another platform and will unveiled today in their #Slush14 event held in Helsinki 11:25 UTC+2 (Helsinki Time).

Their fresh start is required as Nokia is not allowed to use its brand on any smartphones until the end of 2016 as agreed in their sales of Nokia Mobile to Microsoft.

Nokia has been tweeted their latest tagline #thinkingahead and #slush14 for their company's launched today.
The black box looks like an Media Center or a Wifi AP of sort and people can only guess what is it until the event later on today.

Nokia brand is still synonymous with mobile phone and they would be likely to be in the phone business somewhere in the near future. In the meantime, Nokia would need to be relevant and still a recognised brand by going into other business and devices that is not restricted.

"Razmi Haidamus, president of Nokia technologies was clear last week when he said that it's Nokia's "goal to start licensing our brand in areas other than these two restricted areas, starting this quarter". This mysterious black box is the first step"

We will update this once the unveiling start and lets hope Nokia as a brand would be successful in their latest venture.
