Honor have been releasing update to the masses in bulk for the past few weeks and we are terribly sorry for all our readers if we aren't able to keep up will all the release immediately. This post would list all the avilable update file for any region that we are aware of as only the file is different but the method is similar. Honor 4C is another phone that is quite popular because of the low entry pricing even with the lack of LTE connectivity.
There are multiple release of Honor 4C update according to region but what we can see that the build number is similar or almost similar with only the CUST ID (Cxx numbers) are different. Please make sure your CUST ID are similar as your current build before you download and install the update. Any unavailable CUST ID would be available soon so we would advise to be a little patience before installing other region update.
If you really still want to install other reagion update, we have to advise that once a different CUST ID is being use you wont be able to receive any OTA specifically for your region,

How to Install
Update prerequisite
1. Make sure all your app are moved to internal memory and would fit everything inside.
2. If somehow you cant fit all your app in internal memory, please do uninstall apps that use a lot of free space.
3. Make sure you have at least 1GB of free space in your internal memory after all your apps are moved.
4. backup your data either to SDCard or to Hisuite (Computer)
How to update
1. Download the Honor 4C update file to a PC according to your region or CUST ID number
2. Extract the update file in Your PC and copy out the update.app file
3. Plug in your device to the PC via USB cable
4. Create "dload" folder on your SD Card and copy the Update.app in to it. (using pc explorer)
4. Plug out the phone and Open EMUI updater --> Chose Local Update
5. Install and reboot your phone (you should be updated to Android 5.1 now with EMUI 3.1)
Your phone will be very sluggish for a while (few minutes to hours) because Android would need to reinstall all your apps again one by one. This installation would include all pre-installed system apps thus even if you dont have any apps installed it still be having the same issue.
